This No Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of services from SequpHost. By purchasing our services, you agree to this Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Use.
1. General Policy
All payments for services provided by SequpHost are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, payments for hosting plans, domain registrations, SSL certificates, and any other additional services or add-ons. Once a service is purchased, it is activated immediately, and the resources are allocated. Therefore, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including, but not limited to:
- Failure to use the services
- Service cancellation prior to the end of the subscription period
- Technical issues, unless verified to be directly caused by SequpHost and unresolved after reasonable efforts
2. Automatic Renewals
Some services may automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless canceled by the customer before the renewal date. You agree that once the renewal has been processed, no refunds will be issued for that billing cycle.
3. Cancellation Policy
While refunds are not available, you may cancel your services at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds or credits will be issued for unused time after cancellation.
4. Billing Disputes
If you believe there has been an error in billing or payment, you must contact our support team at billing@sequphost.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate the issue, and if an error is found, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund or account credit. Billing disputes must be reported promptly to ensure proper resolution.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, SequpHost may consider issuing a refund in the event of extraordinary circumstances, such as:
- Serious technical failure on our part, verified by SequpHost’s technical team, resulting in prolonged downtime (in excess of 99.9% uptime guarantee) without resolution after reasonable efforts.
- Billing errors resulting in overcharges.
These decisions are made at SequpHost’s sole discretion, and any refunds or credits issued in these circumstances will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service.
6. Compliance with Consumer Laws
Nothing in this Policy is intended to affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In certain jurisdictions, you may have rights to request refunds or cancel contracts that cannot be excluded by law. If such consumer protection laws apply, this Policy will be interpreted to be consistent with those laws.
7. Changes to This Policy
SequpHost reserves the right to modify this No Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes to the Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
